It would seem that the cars should differ only in the shape of the rear part of the body, in fact, the differences are more pronounced around the entire perimeter.

Since the manufacturer copies already existing models, the Toyota Prius and Corolla models served as a prototype. Others say that the designers took the design of the new Brilliance H230 from the new Mercedes-Benz A-Class cars of the latest generation. In any of the variants, the H230 turned out to be an amateur, with a peculiar design.

Front part the car is distinguished by optics narrowed to the side. Despite modern developments, halogens served as the basis for optics, no xenon or LED optics are provided even in the top configuration. Although, starting from the basic configuration, the optics received the function of electronic adjustment of the direction of light. To give more modernity and elegance, the optics background can be painted black.

The grille of the Brilliance H230 2017-2018 turned out to be not the largest, but the designer initially deprived it of its usual frame. As already mentioned, the differences between the sedan and the Brilliance H230 hatchback 2017-2018 are less noticeable on the front end. In particular, the changes were made to the curved lines of the bumper under the headlights. The Brilliance H230 sedan received sharp protrusions directed downward to the additional radiator grill, unlike the sedan, the Chinese hatchback looks softer, the lines stretch from the front fender to the main radiator grill.

It looks quite modern, but not quite attractive for the Brilliance H230 sedan, although it is a plus for a hatchback. The functional set of mirrors is not the largest, in the standard set there is a mechanical adjustment drive and LED turn signal repeaters, optionally, for a fee, you can add an electric adjustment drive and heated mirrors.

First, we will consider the sedan, there is nothing to surprise with, the usual feet located only on the body part and a massive trunk lid with the ability to load oversized cargo.In addition, a chrome insert line above the license plates and nameplates indicating the equipment are proposed to be installed on the trunk of the new Brilliance H230 2018. The rear bumper of the H230 sedan looks quite simple and tasteful, as a rule, it is a small notch in the trunk lid area and a black plastic diffuser with an exhaust system tip.

Brilliance H230 hatchback received a sportier look. Small rear window, sporty spoiler at the top, pronounced halogen feet. The trunk lid itself, although large in size, but the minus is that there is a step when loading luggage. The rear bumper of the Brilliance H230 hatchback, like the rest of the details, received a sporty design and a small diffuser made of black plastic.

Roof Brilliance H230 looks simple and is not particularly diverse in functionality. In the basic configuration of any of the body options, the roof is solid; in the top versions, the manufacturer installs an electric sunroof in two directions.

Well, although the design of the new Brilliance H230 2018 is made in accordance with the European style, many details betray Chinese origin. Many people say that it is worth completing the front end, as well as diversifying both cars in the back. As for the rest, these are budget Brilliance models, so you shouldn't expect any special modern innovations.

In general, the model turned out to be quite good, but nevertheless, the Chinese origin makes itself felt.
