At the heart of the Tahoe RST is the proprietary GMTK2XX trolley, which is based on a powerful ladder frame. The body of the SUV consists of more than 1/3 of high-strength grades of steel, and the hood and tailgate are made of aluminum to reduce the total weight of the car.
