We have already noted that experts expected the external similarity of the crossover to the Mazda 2. As a result, it turned out that the novelty is very similar to a smaller version of the older crossover Mazda CX-5. Above is the sculpted trunk, which perfectly matches the narrow headlights with new lighting technology, and the branded wide grille with longitudinal chrome stripes. Just below the area of a diagonal shape for foglights and a large trapezoidal air intake. The side profile of the crossover has a muscular shape. Here the glazing has a smooth transition. The rear door window is smaller than the front door. A black plastic body kit stretches along the lower perimeter of the Mazda CX-3, including around the wheel arches. The feed of the novelty is compressed. There is a spoiler on top. The glazing is narrow, the taillights are raised high. The rear roof pillars are blackened. The interior plastic looks good, but it is quite tough. The color scheme of the interior can be different (monochrome, multi-color, for example, red-beige-black). There is enough free space in front, there is also enough space for all rear passengers.
The trunk volume of the Mazda CX-3 is 365 liters. Visually, there is almost as much space as the popular crossover of this class - Nissan Juke.
The compact three-spoke steering wheel of the novelty fits comfortably in your hands. There are buttons on the steering wheel for operating systems. The dashboard is compact. At the moment, it is reported that the new 2015 Mazda CX-3 will come with a 2.0-liter Skyactiv-G gasoline engine or a 1.5-liter Skyactiv-D turbodiesel unit. In this case, the gasoline engine will be in two versions with different power. Two 6-speed gearboxes are offered as gearboxes: the Skyactiv-MT mechanics and the Skyactiv-Drive automatic.
The crossover will be sold in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions.

It is assumed that in the European market, the crossover will be available with both gasoline and diesel engines. Officially, sales should start in 2015. The trim levels will include such chips as the i-Activsense security system, adaptive cruise control, dual-zone climate control, head-up display, keyless access, LED adaptive headlights. The price of Mazda CX-3 in Russia is expected at 700 thousand rubles for a basic configuration with a gasoline engine and mechanics.
